Bio

The Freebooters are a 5 piece DIY “Fists in the Air” Oi! / Street punk band from Ireland with Conor on vocals (Found On The Floor), Thomas (ex Control and Nappyrash) on vocals, Fiona on bass (ex The Poke), Mickey on guitar (ex The Poke) and Crispo (Okus, also in The Dagda and ex Pink Turds in Space, Bleeding Rectum, Brawl and a million other bands) on drums.

The band plays tight, pacy punk with the odd bit of ska and reggae with lyrics ranging from serious issues such as Businessmen thinking they own punk and Irish police violence to songs about Skinheads falling in love while removing their steel toe capped boots at airport security x-ray machines and drinking.

Their debut CD, “Ordinary Level Oi!”, 14 tracks of catchy, tight and pacy punk tunes with some ska and reggae influences, is available online via Distroy Records.
