Bio
With the mission to simply amaze people with the minimalistic set up of voice, guitar, bass and drums, PigsAsPeople are a force of nature that can only be conjured up by 3 words; agressive, abrasive and beautiful. Drawing influence from every area of the punk rock spectrum such as crushing textures of Russian Circles to the blistering pace of Converge and finally back to the punk roots of bands such as Fugazi and Black Flag, PigsAsPeople are a band to be listened to by any with a keen ear for loud and fast paced music.
From their incarnation in the late summer of 2012, PigsAsPeople have already embarked on a tour with Portuguese post rock heroes Imploding Stars, spanning 6 dates. With the release of their debut single Glass Fiends/Cities and a short live video of their Radar (and Belfast debut) show, PigAsPeople have made a significant footprint in the Belfast music scene.
